President Trump has intensified the campaign against illegal immigrants. The US has decided to snatch legal protection of 5,32,000 people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

The Donald Trump administration has issued a new order.
Highlights
- Trump took legal protection of 5.32 lakh people.
- People of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela affected.
- Order to leave the country by April 2024.
Ever since President Donald Trump has taken over the reins of power in the US, he has been busy with the exit of outsiders from his country. He is making a rampage decisions. He has already campaigned against people living illegally within America. In such a situation, he has worked to catch thousands of people from all the countries of the world including India and send them to their country. His government is calling all these action necessary for the strategy of 'making America re -making great'. He says that outsiders have killed the rights of Americans and due to this, employment opportunities for Americans in America have reduced.
Now in the latest decision, the US Homeland Security Department has said that it will take away legal protection from millions of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. This will affect about 5,32,000 people and may have to leave the country in a month. This decision will apply to those who came to America after October 2022. These people came with financial assistants and were allowed to live and work in America for two years. Homeland Security Secretary Christie Nom said that the legal status of these people will end on 24 April. Or they will have to leave the country 30 days after this notice is printed in the Federal Register.
This new policy will affect those who are already in the US and came under the Humanitarian parole program. This program was earlier abolished by the Trump administration, as he believed that it was being 'misused'. This legal method for a long time allowed those who had war or political instability in the countries who had been temporarily lived in the US.
Will exclude illegal Americans
In his election campaign, President Donald Trump promised that he would expel millions of people living in America from the country. After becoming President, he has also started closing the legal routes for immigrants. Prior to this new order, the beneficiaries of this program could live in the US for their parole period. But the administration had stopped processing their shelter, visa or other requests, so that they could live for a long time.
This decision has already been challenged in federal courts. Some American citizens and a group of immigrants have filed a case against the Trump administration. They are demanding to resume Humanitarian parole. The Biden administration had allowed 30,000 people from these four countries to come to America for two years every month, along with the right to work. He also persuaded Mexico to withdraw the same number of people from these countries, because America could not send them back to their countries.
Cuba used to accept almost an depotation flight every month, while Venezuela and Nicaragua refused to withdraw anyone. These three countries are opposed to America. Haiti accepted several departing flights, especially after the crowd of Haiti migrants in Dell Rio city of Texas in 2021. But America is having trouble due to continuous disturbance in Haiti.
From the end of 2022, more than 5 lakh people have come to America under this policy, which is also called CHNV. It was part of the strategy of the Biden administration in which people were encouraged to come through new legal routes and strictly crossed the border. Now these people are uncertain due to this decision. Those who started a new life in America, are now worrying about their future. This step is part of the strict immigration policies of the Trump administration, which will affect not only the people of these four countries, but also on the immigration system of America.
