Tech company Apple has launched a new laptop MacBook Air in India with M4 chip. It has been introduced in two variants of 13 and 15 inch displays with a new sky blue color option. The laptop has a new 12 -megapixel center stage camera and Apple Intelligence support. The new MacBook Air will get 2x fast performance against the M1 model.
The most special thing about the laptop is its low price. The company has priced it at Rs 15,000 less than the previous M3 model. The starting price of the new MacBook Air M4 is Rs 99,900. The new MacBook Air Laptops will be available for sale on the official website and store from March 12.
New sequoia software in Macbook Air M4 MacBook Air M4 operates on the new Macos Sequoia software. This time the company has launched 16GB starting RAM variant for Rs 99,900 in the market. Buyers had to spend Rs 1,54,900 to buy 16GB variants in the previous M3 model. Along with this, the company has given updated Magsafe 3 charging support.
MacBook Air M4 has been launched in Sky Blue, Midnight, Starlite and Silver color options.
MacBook Air M4 has Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports with Magsafe 3 charging.
This time a 3.5mm audio jack is given for connectivity in the laptop.

Display: The 13 -inch model of the new MacBook has a 13.6 -inch liquid retina display with 2560×1664 pixels resolution. At the same time, a 15 -inch model offers a 15.3 -inch liquid retina display with 2880×1864 pixels resolution. This True Tone display supports 1 billion colors. Its peak brightness is 500 knots.
Performance: For performance in laptops, the company is offering 8 and 10 core GPU options with 10-core CPU. These Macos work on sequoia software.
RAM and Storage: The new laptops come with storage options up to 2B. The 13 -inch model offers 16GB and 24GB RAM options. Touch ID features are available in them for security.
Power backup: The company claims that laptops offer a battery life of up to 18 hours. Magsafe charging is given in them. The company is offering a 30-watt charger with a 13-inch 8-core GPU model. At the same time, a 35 watt dual port with 10 core of 13 inch and 70 watt charger with 15 inch models is being given.
Camera: For video calling, a 12MP’s 1080p facetime HD camera will be available in the laptop. It comes with advanced image signal processor. The 13 -inch model for the sound has four speakers and 6 speakers in the 15 -inch model.
Connectivity: The company has given a 3.5mm headphone jack in the laptop. For connectivity, they will get Bluetooth 5.3 and Wifi 6E 802.11x. The 13 -inch model weighs 1.24kg and 15 inch weighs 1.41kg. These laptops come in Sky Blue, Midnight, Starlite and Silver color options.
