Udine (Italy). India's Under-17 women's football team suffered a crushing defeat from the hosts in the first match of 4 countries tournaments in Italy. Thomas Dennarbi's coaching team initially tried to pressurize but Italy soon made control of the game. No player from India could manage to score goals while Italian junior female footballers scored 7 goals in a rapid manner and won by this margin.
Indian goalkeeper Monalisa thwarted Dragony's attempt in the 10th minute but did not run in front of Maria Rosie a minute later. India had a chance to score a goal in the 30th minute but Anita's shot missed the target by a slight margin. Anna Longobardi and Giula Dragony scored in the 31st and 33rd minutes respectively to lead Italy 3–0.

After half time, Manuella Siabika scored 4-0 in the 48th minute. Italy then scored Danadan two goals and Marta Jambomi scored the final goal of the match in the 67th minute.
