Chinese electric vehicle company byd has created a charging system that can charge the car to run for 400 km in 5 minutes.

The company's Found Wang Chuanfu said at an event livestroved from the company's Shenzen headquarters that the Super E-platform will be capable of peak charging speed of 1,000 kW.
The 1,000 kW charging speed is doubled from the supercharger of Tesla. The supercharger provides charging speed up to 500 kW.
More than 4,000 Ultra-Fast charging units will be formed in China
The new charging architecture will initially support two new EV-Han L Sedan and Tang L SUV. The initial price of these cars is 270,000 yuan (32.33 lakh). The company has said that more than 4,000 ultra-fast charging units will be created across China to match the new platform.
Byd Car Owners are yet up to large -scale second EV manufacturer and third party operators and public charging poles. Tesla has been selling its supercharger in China since 2014.
A large number of BYD car Owners depend on Tesla's charging station. BYD is mostly dependent on plug-in hybrid for its sale, reaching 4.2 million (42 lakhs) last year. It has targeted to sell 5-6 million units this year.
