Tech company Google on Wednesday (August 19) launched the Pixel 9A smartphone in the global market including India. This is an affordable version of the company's flagship smartphone series Pixel 9 and has been launched to compete with Apple's iPhone 16E.

The company has launched it in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Its price has been kept ₹ 49,999. Google will support the phone for 7 years. It will get OS updates, security updates, feature drop and AI innovation.

This phone of Pixel 9 Series is also equipped with many AI features. This includes Gemini AI, Gemini Live, Pixel Studio, Circle to Search, AI Weather Sumari and Call Notes. However, some features like pixel screenshots will be found less.
