New Delhi. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has appointed former India all -rounder Rishikesh Kanitkar as the head coach of the India A team for the upcoming England tour. The tour will start from May 30. Rajib Dutta will be the bowling coach of the team, while Joydeep Bhattacharya will be a fielding coach. India A team, captained by uncaphed batsman Abhimanyu Ishwaran, has to play three matches on the tour of England. Two England are to play against Lions, which will be played in Canterbury from May 30 to June 2, while the second will be played in Northampton from 6 to 9 June. After that a match will be played against a senior India team which will start from June 13.

Indian cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir will reach England with the first batch of players for the Test series against England. And will watch the second match of India A. 'Shadow Tour' is also important for the preparations for the 5 -match Test series of the Indian senior team against England. Which will start in Leeds on 20 June.
