One of the biggest features in iOS 18.4 is Apple News+ Food, which is a dedicated section inside the Apple News app. Apple News+ This special feature for subscribers will give access to thousands of recipes of top food publishers like Bon Appétit and Allrage. It also includes food stories, healthy eating tips and a cook mode.

Apart from this, there will be another major upgrade priority notification, which uses Apple Intelligence to highlight the most important alert on your lock screen. However, this feature is available only on the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 16 series.

For music lovers, Apple has added ambient music to the control center. These users will give four categories- sleep, chill, productivity and wellbying, that is, you will be able to choose the track according to your mood and work. Apart from this, the European Union (EU) users will now have an option to set a third-party app like Google Maps as default for navigation.
