Many times the last month, users had complained about the down of IRCTC and once a new year, the website of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has come to a standstill on Saturday. Due to this, users had to face trouble in booking train tickets. According to the Dowditector, 36% of the users related to the app, 30% from the website and 35% have made complaints related to ticketing problems.

Frasated users shared the screenshot of an error message on the website on social media, which said, “Booking and cancellation will not be available for all sites for the next one hour. There is a deep regret for inconvenience.”

Some users continued to try continuously when the website was down. After repeated attempts, he was successful in logging in, but even then he felt his hands. Because the maximum time of Tatkal ticket booking had already passed.

A disappointed user posted on X that this is not the first time that the IRCTC website has faced such problems. Recently, there was a similar problem due to maintenance work, which interrupted both booking and cancellation of e-tickets.

Another said that there was a huge disruption in the IRCTC app and website again today. The booking page is not opening. Who is responsible for it? People are facing inconvenience, Honorable Minister.

A third user said IRCTC remains closed during immediate time. If after returning the site, I cannot get only premium Tatkal tickets online. So this is clearly a big scam in the festive season !!
