He said that the Delhi government has developed great facilities in the last few years in Tyagraj Stadium, Chhatrasal Stadium, East-Vinod Nagar Sports Complex, Poonath Kalan and Rajiv Gandhi in Bawana etc. At the same time, the government has also developed 3 artificial football grounds of international standards in Carr, Mundeli and Anandwas to promote football and provide world-class facilities to the players.
Through this type of football tournament, the vision of the Delhi government is to develop sports culture in Delhi's schools, colleges in line with international level leagues, where top clubs across Delhi can participate. Tournament will run for two months, 98 matches will be held between 20 teams
Players of under 18 and under 22 ages will be able to participate in the tournament.
-Turanamant's winning team will be given prize money of Rs 5 lakh, runner -up team, third -placed team will get Rs 2.5 lakh respectively and Rs 1 lakh respectively
-The player who scored more goals will get a prize money of Rs 1 lakh with 'Golden Boot Award'
Matches will be organized in 5 different stadiums of Delhi, matches will also be broadcast live
