New Delhi: The lie of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has been caught. He tried his best to trick American Adalat. But his lentils could not melt. The US court has said that NSA Ajit Doval, who visited the US with PM Narendra Modi on February 12-13, could not be served summons. The court rejected the claim of Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, in which it claimed to send a notice to the National Security Advisor of India.

In fact, the lawyer of Khalistani terrorist Pannu wrote a letter to the court after which the court has given this response. This letter has revealed that when the terrorist Pannu's server (carrying summons) tried to give notice outside the Blair House (where the Indian delegation was stopped), the US secret service agents posted under the security of the President's guest house threatened to arrest him. After this, the terrorist Pannu's server left the summons at a nearby Starbucks store, which did not prove to be enough for the court.

According to the news of the Times of India, after reviewing the letter, a judge from the southern district of New York said, “Complaint or summons was not given to any officer or agent providing security for hotel management or any member of the staff (Ajit Doval), as required in the court order.” This development confirms India's attitude that NSA Ajit Doval was not summoned. Foreign Secretary Vikram Mishri had described it as based on unfair and baseless allegations during her stay in the US.
