Mahakumbh 2025: New AI chatbot launch for pilgrims, will give information

New Delhi. Mahakumbh 2025 has launched a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot to help pilgrims which is providing information about parking, food courts and hospitals within 1 km radius. The new version of this chatbot is specially designed to help the devotees and these three new features have been added to it.

AI Chatbot will not only provide a complete map of Mahakumbh, but will also share specific information about each region. Also, Google Map will also give a link. Through this chatbot, devotees can get information about parking, transport, public water ATM and other services in seconds.

According to the government, devotees can download the real-time PDF through chatbott, which will have information about toilets, khoya-pay centers, exhibitions and other important places. On scanning a QR code, information will be found immediately on mobile. Millions of devotees have already used this AI chatbot.

The government said, “With its effective and user-friendly design, it is increasing the facility for those participating in the Mahakumbh.” He also added that through this chatbot, the confluence of technology and faith is making the world's largest religious event simple and organized.

Linguistic distance is erasing
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity) has included its AI-driven language translation tool 'language' at Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, to increase access to 11 languages. The language translation of the language will help those who participate in the world's largest spiritual confluence through the ecosystem 'Digital Khoya-Paaya Solutions'.

People can register lost/mixed goods using voice in their original languages ​​and can translate real-time text/voice for easy communication in mega event using this platform. It also provides multilingual chatbot assistance for questions and kiosks navigation.

Language will not be obstructed
Devotees can translate the guidelines to local languages ​​by using the mobile app and can communicate uninterrupted with police officers. The Uttar Pradesh Police Department has collaborated with the language app to train the field officers to use the converce feature present in the app, so that the complaints of the distressed devotees seeking help in the matter of language obstruction can be understood.
