Maruti Suzuki has launched the commercial version of its best-selling sedan Dzire in Tour-S in India. Tour-S Dzire's base variant is based on LXI. It has been introduced with both petrol and CNG Poetrain options.
The company claims that the CNG version of the car will give a mileage of 33.73km/kg. The updated sedan has been introduced in a single variant. The ex-showroom of its standard model is a starting price of Rs 6.79 lakh. At the same time, the CNG version is 7.74 lakh rupees.
First sedan with 5 star safety ratings in India Maruti launched Dzire's fourth generation model in November last year. The new Desire comes with a 5-star safety rating. The crash test of the car was done in the Global NCAP.
This is the company's first car to get a 5-star safety rating from any crash test agency and is also the first 5-star rated sedan in India.
