Under the PM-Kisan Yojana, farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year, which is given in three installments. The objective of this scheme is to strengthen the economic condition of farmers and provide them the necessary resources for farming.
Under this scheme, farmers get ₹ 2,000 through DBT every four months, so that they can meet the cost and domestic needs of their farming. So far 19 installments have been released, the last of which was given in February 2025. The next installment is expected to come in June, although the authorities have not yet given any fixed date.
