Washington: The United States on Tuesday signed separate agreements with Ukraine and Russia to stop attacks on the sea and energy goals. Washington agreed to pressurize Moscow to lift some restrictions. The White House said that they have also committed to 'develop' ways to implement the ban on each other's energy infrastructure.
