MOFSL said that ICICI Bank and SBI will benefit from tremendous loan growth and asset quality. Whereas Bharti Airtel will get the benefit of increasing ARPU due to 5G. L&T has been made attractive picks due to Infrastructure Support and Sun Forma due to special drugs growth.
Strong mid and smallcap stocks
MOFSL has relied on Indian Hotels, Diction Tech, JSW Energy, BSE, Godrej Property, Koforge, JSW Infra, Page Industries, Metro Brands and Angel One for shopping in midcap and smallcap. The brokerage firm said that Indian hotels will get the benefit of rebound in the tourism sector. Diction Tech will get the benefit of electronics growth due to PLI. Apart from this, AI Transforming Play may show an impact on the shares of Koforge.
The brokerage firm said that in the market risk, investors should include quality largecaps in the first choice. Whereas selected growth-oriented midcaps can be trusted.
