Washington: A terrible storm has been seen in America, which has caused heavy havoc. The threat of violent tornado in some parts of America proved to be fatal and destructive. On Saturday, strong winds increased towards Mississippi Valley and Deep South, in which at least 27 people died and many houses were destroyed. Missouri, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma are the worst affected states. Officials said that till Saturday morning, most of the deaths occurred in Missouri, where the tornado wreaked havoc overnight and killed at least 12 people. Missouri State Highway Petrol also told that many people have been injured. The dead included a person whose house was destroyed by a tornado.

Arkansas officials said on Saturday that three people died in Independence County. The storm passed through the state overnight, injuring 29 others in eight counties. Arkansus governor Sarah Hakabi Sanders said on X, 'Our teams are surveying the damage due to tornado last night. Two and a half million dollars have been released from our disaster fund, so that the affected people can be helped. On Friday, officials said that three people died in car accidents during a dust storm in Amarilo of Texas Panhandal.

130 km threat of winds
A huge storm system across the country caused winds, which provoked deadly dusty thunderstorms and more than 100 forest fire. Winds up to 80 mph (130 km per hour) from Canadian border to Texas are likely to move, which can increase the risk of wildfire in icy weather and warm, dry areas in cold northern areas. This can affect 10 crore people across the country. More than 130 fire incidents were reported in Oklahoma, due to which some areas were ordered to be evacuated. About 300 houses have been damaged or destroyed due to fire in Oklahoma. Governor Kevin Stit said in a press conference on Saturday that about 69 hectares of area has been burnt in his state so far. State highway petrol said that the winds were so strong that they overturned many tractor-trailers. Experts say that it is not uncommon to see the extreme of such weather in March.

The Storm Prediction Center said that fast -moving storms can lead to tornado and baseball -shaped hail on Saturday, but the biggest threat will be from the powerful straight winds of the storm, with winds up to 100 miles per hour (160 km per hour). Texas A&M University Forest Service said on X that a fire at Roberts County, Texas rapidly increased from a square mile (about 2 square kilometers) to an estimated 32.8 square miles (85 square kilometers). The crew stopped its progress by Friday evening. Strong winds have cut over 260,000 houses and business electricity in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. The National Weather Service issued a warning of icy storms for parts of Western Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota in early Saturday.
