The first production of cybercatck was done on 13 November 2023.
Tesla has recalled almost all its cybercatrics in the US. The company was worried about falling parts of the outer trim, due to which these cyber trucks have been recalled. This is the eighth and largest recall of this model.
About 46,000 vehicles recalled by Ilon Musk's company include all the models that were built from 13 November 2023 to 27 February 2025. The first production of cybercatck was done on 13 November 2023.
External panel may be different when driving
NHTSA, that is, the report of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration states that the outer panel running on the left and right of the windshield may be different when driving. The stainless steel strip on both sides between the windshield and the roof is affixed to the truck assembly with a structural ehedsive. This strip is called Cantt Rail Assembly.
The Tesla Cybertark has recently been returned, as it has a cosmetic applike, which is connected to the stainless steel panel and may be different.
Recall all vehicles as a precautionary measure
In a report filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on Tuesday, Tesla said that only 1% of this model had electric vehicle defacitive, but all vehicles have been recalled as a precaution.
“If the Cantt rail stainless steel is separated from the stainless steel panel vehicle while driving, it can pose a threat to the road for the back motor and increase their risk of injury or conflict.”
Tesla will work 4 to fix the issue
- Will use separate adhesive to fix this issue.
- Currently, the cyberchark factory will also be updated.
- The new vehicles which will be produced from March 21 will already be improved.
- Tesla will convert this panel for free. Owner notification letters are expected to be sent on 19 May 2025.
Company is facing opposition, shares fell 40% this year
Tesla's recall came at a time when the company is already facing opposition. Actually, the company's CEO Ilyon Musk is currently overseeing the federal expenditure cuts for the Trump administration.
Many people of America are not happy with these cuttings, they are expressing their opposition by selling Tesla vehicles. Some people have also adopted aggressive methods to protest. These people are destroying Tesla's vehicles.
In such a situation, the price of the company's stock has come down by about 40% this year. At the beginning of the year, Tesla's stock was trading at $ 379, which has now come down to close to $ 236. The stock has fallen 30% in the last one month.
