Plane is arranged in a hurry and the entire Indian team leaves Pakistan directly from Pakistan. This is the story of 31 October 1984 when the then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi was murdered by terrorists. Sunil Gavaskar, the captain of the Indian team on a tour of Pakistan, was Gavaskar. This also proved to be his last Pakistan tour.
Series could not reach the end

One, India started bad in the series and secondly it could not reach its consequences. India lost the ODI series 0–1. The Test series was equal to 0–0. Two more Test series of ODI series were canceled.

India started the tour with an ODI match. On October 12, the first match of the 3 -match series between the two teams took place. Pakistan won it by 46 runs. After this, there were two matches of the Test series and both were drawn. Then on 31 October, there was a second ODI between India and Pakistan. India started well in this match and at one time scored 210 runs for 3 wickets. Dilip Vengsarkar was unbeaten on 102 balls and Ravi Shastri was supporting him by scoring 6 runs. Then the wretched news came that Indira Gandhi was shot dead by terrorists.
India immediately called its team
Pakistan has remained a hand in terrorist attacks in India. In the 1980-90s, there is a terror spread in Punjab or a Terrorist attack in Kashmir. Pakistan provides every facility to these terrorists from money to training. There is no doubt that when the then Indian Prime Minister was killed in 1984, the security of the cricket team present in Sialkot was also doubted. That is why the Government of India immediately called its team back from Pakistan.
