The company has announced that it is buying a device startup IO, which was launched by former Apple designer Jony Ive. The deal is about $ 6.5 billion. This will be the biggest purchase of Openai ever. This partnership consists of two veterans of the world of technology: IVE, who designed iPhone and many famous Apple products and Openai's Chief Executive Sam Altman, who has been ahead of AI development.
