Conditions to get refund: If the train delays more than 3 hours. The AC coach does not cool more than 2 hours. You have to file a complaint on the IRCTC website. It is necessary to apply for refund within 24 hours.

Now go to the refund section: Search “Refund” or “Complaint” option on the homepage and click on it. Enter your ticket PNR number, travel date, and problem (train late or AC bad). After filling all the information, press the submit button. Your money will return to your bank account within 7 to 10 days.
