Washington: After Donald Trump came to power, the difficulty of international students has increased. Hundreds of international students studying in America have received shocking emails from the US State Department (DOS). It states that their F-1 visa i.e. student visa has been canceled. In the email, it has been further stated that they have to leave the country themselves. This action has been taken by the Trump administration due to campus activism and social media activity. Surprisingly, only those students who were involved in the demonstrations were not targeted. Rather, many students who liked or shared anti -national posts have also been targeted.

According to the news published in the Times of India, many Indian students have also come under the grip of this action, that too only about things like sharing social media posts. Lawyers associated with immigration have confirmed this. According to the report, 11 lakh international students are studying in America, out of which 3.31 lakh are Indians. There are many of them, who are hanging a sword on further studies.

US Secretary of State warned
This strictness from the US started after the announcement of Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, in which he said that the visa of many students found in 'anti-national' activities would be canceled. At a press conference in Guyana on Thursday, Rubio said without naming anyone, 'Perhaps more than 300 visas have been canceled. We do this everyday. Whenever someone gets such a crazy, we snatch his visa. Every country has the right to decide who will come here as a guest and who is not.

While returning to America, Rubio in his aircraft revealed that 300 canceled visas include students and visitor visas. He said, 'I sign every action myself. Hopefully one day this madness will end. Rubio's office has launched an AI powered app named Catch and Rivok, which cancels the visa of students supporting Hamas or other terrorist organizations.

In the email received by the students, it has been said that they should deport themselves from the CBP home app launched by the Trump administration on 10 March. The email received by the students said, 'It is reported by the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the US State Department that new information has been received after your visa is released. For this reason, its F-1 visa, which is XXXXXX, has been canceled under Section 221 (i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The email warned that living in the US without a valid visa could lead to a fine, custody, or depotation. Warning, it has been said that the Deportation may be suddenly, in which you will not get time to take your goods or finish the work. You can be sent elsewhere other than your country.
