Vande Bharat Express: Special Vande Bharat Express will run for Holi till March 21!

Holi 2025 Vande Bharat Express:

Holi, a festival of colors on 14 March, will be celebrated all over India. Many people choose a train option to go to their home on this festival. While some people prefer to travel by road from nearby cities, people who travel long distances often use airplanes.

Because of the increasing demand during Holi, Indian Railways has started special trains. These include Vande Bharat Express running between Delhi and Patna. These have started from 8 March and will run till 21 March. The focus of this train is to reduce congestion during the festival.

New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express will stay at Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ballia, Chhapra, and Pataliputra Junction. This initiative is for a large number of Biharis living in Delhi-NCR who want to celebrate the festival with their family.

According to the report of Times Now, Chief Public Relations Officer of East-Central Railway Saraswati Chandra said that this special train with 16 coaches will leave on Monday and leave from New Delhi daily at 8:30 am and reach Patna at 10:30 pm. In return, this train will leave on Tuesday and leave from Patna at 5:30 am daily and will reach New Delhi at 8:10 pm.

These trains will also get the option (special trains for Holi 2025)

Apart from Vande Bharat Express, Indian Railways has arranged 14 other special trains between Delhi and Patna to control the movement of passengers. These trains will run till 25 March. The Delhi-Patna Superfast Express will run from March 7 to March 17, which will leave from New Delhi at 11:35 am and will reach Patna at 4:40 pm the next day.

Anand Vihar-Rajgir Special Trains will run on 7, 11, 14 and 18 March. This train will run from Anand Vihar at 12:30 pm and reach Rajgir at 7:50 pm via Patna. In return, this train will run from Rajgir at 11:30 pm and will reach Anand Vihar at 7 pm the next day.

Holi special trains for Bihar

Indian Railways has also started several other Holi special trains connecting various cities of Bihar. These include routes like Delhi-Bhagalpur and New Delhi-Gaya. Passengers can book tickets for these services at their convenience.

Apart from these special trains, regular train services for Patna will also be operational. It is the effort of Indian Railways to ensure this year’s arrangement that people can celebrate Holi with their families without any trouble.
