Today is a very special day for the Argentina football team. 36 years ago i.e. on 22 June 1986, Argentina's team under the captaincy of Diego Maradona (Diego Maradona) defeated England 2–1 in the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup. Both goals were scored by Argentina by Maradona. Both goals of Maradona were very much discussed. Especially the first goal was disputed.
Maradona wanted to score a goal in this match in this corresponding tournament held in Mexico, but the ball allegedly hit her hand and went into the goal post. The match referee failed to see it.
