New Delhi. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has postponed the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 due to fear after India's Operation Sindoor. Widening on behalf of the board, it was announced that they would conduct the remaining matches in Dubai but they were given a lot of reply by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB). The PCB has turned down the request to host the tournament in Dubai by the PCB. According to the information, the money demanded from the PCB was unable to give it and that is why PSL was forced to postpone it.

ECB refused to allow PSL 2025 to host PSL 2025 in view of a war -like situation between India and Pakistan. A cricket officer told Cricbuj, “When soldiers on the border are dying, we cannot remain silent.”

PSL also postponed after IPL.

Cricbaz also reported that the ECB was pressurized by India and the decision of ECB is visible accordingly. The relationship with the Cricket Board with the leadership of former BCCI secretary and current ICC chairman Jai Shah and his UAE has played an important role in turning water on the wishes of Pakistan.

BCCI and ECB Secretary General Mubashir Usmani, who hails from Mumbai, has very good relations. BCCI had conducted the IPL after being postponed in the 2021 Korona period in the UAE, besides organized the 2021 T20 World Cup. An ECB official told Cricbuzz, “We are grateful to BCCI and Jai Bhai,”

PCB wanted to host the remaining matches of PSL 2025 in Dubai and also publicly announced that the T20 tournament has been shifted to Dubai. However, a few hours later, PCB postponed the tournament. PCB said, “We respect the mental state of the players participating in PCB and the feelings of their families who want to see them back home.”
