Chinese tech company Xiaomi has launched two smartphones ‘Xiaomi 15’ and ‘Xiaomi 15 Ultra’ from its flagship smartphone series ‘Xiaomi 15’ today (March 11).

Xiaomi 15 Series:

In Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the company is offering a Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor, a 1-inch main lens -equipped 200MP telephoto camera, and Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 to a display of 6.73 inches. Its price in India is 1.10 lakh rupees.

The base variant of the series i.e. Xiaomi 15 has an initial price of Rs 65,000. Buyers will be able to buy it from the company’s official website and e-commerce platform Amazon from March 19. Pre-booking of smartphones has started. The company is offering a discount of up to Rs 10,000 in the bank offer.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Design

Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone is available in a dual-tone finish in black and white color. On its back panel, four cameras have been provided in the large circular rear camera module, which has been branded with leakage. The thickness of the smartphone is 9.48mm and weighs 229 grams.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Specification

Display: The smartphone has a 6.73-inch quad curved WQHD+ AMOLED display with 3200 x 1440 pixels and 522 PPI resolution. Its refresh rate is 120Hz and peak brightness is 3200 knots. In this, the company has also given the protection of Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0.
Camera: The circular setup on the back panel of the smartphone for photography and video recording has a 50MP Lyt-900 image sensor, a 200MP ultra-telephoto lens, a 50MP floating telephoto lens, and a 50MP Leik ultra-wide sensor. For selfies and video calling, a 32MP in-display camera has been given in the smartphone by the company.
Processor and OS: The Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone has an 8 elite SoC chipset. Which is paired with Androo GPU. The smartphone works on the Android 15-based Xiaomi Hyper OS2 operating system.
Battery and charging: The Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone has a 5410mAh Xiaomi Serge Battery. To charge it, you will get a wired hyper charger of 90W and a wireless charger of 80W. To make the smartphone heat-proof, it has a Xiaomi 3D dual-channel ice loop system.
Other features: The Xiaomi 15 Ultra has an IP68* rating to protect against ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, AI Face Unlock, GPS-L1+L5, Stereo Speaker, Water and Dust. Apart from these, the smartphone has USB 3.2, Wi-Fi 7, 6, 5 Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC.
