New Delhi. Pilgrim Higher Secondary School in Nagaland defeated the Government Model Higher Secondary School in Chandigarh 1-0 in the final on Thursday to win the title of under-17 category of boys in Subroto Cup.
This is the first time in the last 42 years while a school in Nagaland has won the title of Subroto Cup. The only goal of this match played at Ambedkar Stadium was scored by Sethungchim in the half -half of the half.

The winners were rewarded by Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary. Tokyo Olympic Games silver medalist wrestler Ravi Dahiya was also present on the occasion.
